Port Arthur Mardi Gras, now known as Mardi Gras of Southeast Texas was brought to life in 1992 by my neighbors Kris and Rudy Adams of Port Arthur, Texas.

Zydeco music, Parades, Beads, Costumes, Moon Pies, Carnival Rides and the FOOD!

An overwhelming experience for the senses to say the least.

The last hurrah before Ash Wednesday and Lent begins.
